Excuses, Excuses.

Mea culpa. I have been very un-motivated to write on my blog lately, mainly because I haven't had anything interesting going on in the last couple of weeks. I am firm believer in the whole "no news is good news" theory, so GENERALLY if I don't write it's because I don't have much to say.

[skip this next section if you don't want to listen (read?) my bitch-fest.]

I've had a sinus infection for about a week now. Yes, I've called the ENT clinic, but the nurse has yet to return my calls.

Depending on how annoyed I am will determine my level of persistence. I might just call CF clinic and beg for drugs. To be perfectly honest, I want to stomp my feet, pull my hair and have a temper tantrum like a three year old in the grocery store right now. I mean, srsly, you spent FIVE HOURS roto-rootering inside my head and I have a sinus infection six weeks later?!? WTF.

But I digress...

Actually, other than that, life has been fairly sane lately. Always a good thing! We've moved past the current family drama but I'm sure we will have another healthy dose sooner rather than later. Things never stay quiet in my family for long.

I saw Wicked on Sunday night (the final show in Birmingham) and it was fantastic. Although I will always be partial to Phantom, this was probably one of the best shows that I have ever seen. We've already purchased our season tickets for next year ... Grease, The Color Purple, 101 Dalmations, and The Wizard of Oz.

The next week looks to be fairly busy ... three birthdays and my boss is coming in from Arizona on Tuesday. We have our monthly birthday party at work and several work-related lunches / dinners planned next week.

I will try and update more often. Rubbish. I really shouldn't tell stories. But I will write more ... sometime!

Laters ~
